What Causes Stabbing Pain In Chest Area?

Hi, I m a 22 yr old female. Occasionally I feel a very sharp shooting stabbing pain in my chest/heart area. It normally happens when I roll over in bed or bend down and lasts a few seconds (maybe up to 30) In that time I feel like I can t move it is so painful. Sometimes I get a dull pain in my chest. I also soemtimes feel like my arms are heavy. Just wondered if it is something to be concerned about and whether I should go to the doctors. thanks
