What Causes Stabbing Pain In Lower Abdomen?

I have sever stabing pain in the LOWER abdomen region, i have had endometriosis and ovarian cysts before but this pain has been going on for 3 weeks now and has been progressivly been getting worse, it makes me light headed and i feel like i want to sleep all day but cant because the pain is to bad, what could this be?
