What Causes Stabbing Pain Inside Vagina And Uterus After Having Hysteroscopy?

Hi I am 38 yr recently had a hysteroscopy for a septum uterus ,got fix this was in in Nov n now for four times iv had stabbing pains starts on the inside of the vagina n goes up to my uterus stops me cold its happened while sitting, standing,and two times laying down plz help..
