What Causes Static Current In Body?

Hi, for a long time I ve been getting electric shocks off things and giving other people shocks too. At times blue sparks can be seen on me when it s dark when I wear a certain dressing gown. This has gotten worse over the last few weeks. I m a 40 year old female with 3 sons.
