What Causes Steam To Come Out Of Vagina?

hi... its been a month now that i have been noticing smoke/steam coming out of my vagina. i am 22 yrs old n my height is 5,4 and my weight is 63kgs. i am really concerned, i read that i might be dehydrated so i stared dinking alot of water but it hasnt helped. i have a severe headache almost everyday and i cnt fall asleep.
Ive had an anal fisure surgery alot with breast lumps removed.
Can it be something serious or am i just overly concerned?
