What Causes Sternum Pain With Stomach Bloats And Loss Of Appetite Indicate?

I am an 18 year old female, I have had pain around my sternum area and it hurts to touch. Mt stomach has felt bloated and full for over a month, I have loss my appetite, I feel the urge to urinate more frequently and I sometime get sharp pains in my abdomen area. What could be the cause of this?
