What Causes Sticky Fluid Discharge Through The Ears Along With Loss Of Hearing?

Why do my ears leak? I have Fibro and Multiple Sclerosis. The fluid is sticky, and my hearing disappears for several minutes then comes back. This happens about once or twice a day. I have a balance problem. I look like I m a bird putting my arms out to keep balance so I use a cane? Is it my ears that are causing me to be off balanced and light headed?
