What Causes Sticky Hair?

Dr. I am suddenly started having sticky hairs. the fringes seem Ok but the central region is very sticky. I have tried washing and rinsing twice but no change. The problem just appeared when I concluded my Anti KOX treatment. Could it be some health problem related to the above ? what should I do ?
