What Causes Sticky Hands?

I am confused by all the posts so I came to your site to get a straight answer. About a week ago, I noticed that my hands are sticky all the time. I wash them, I put lotion on them but they get sticky when dry. The only change lately is that I started taking Phentermine about a week and a half ago. I looked up drug interactions and my symptom wasn't mentioned. Can you help?
