What Causes Sticky Skin Condition?

I am 60 years old, 5' 2 1/2" tall, about 110 pounds, and I have a sticky skin condition, which I have asked various doctors about many different times. My skin becomes sticky at all of my joints, especially at the crook of my elbows, the back of my knees, and at my armpits. It doesn't happen when I'm cold, so it seems to have something to do with my body not being able to properly handle any rise in temperature. It keeps me up at night, because any skin that touches other skin literally sticks together like there's an adhesive. I don't know what to do anymore, as this has been going on now for many years.
