What Causes Stiff Knee Post Revision Of Knee Replacement?

Hi. I had a right knee replacement and then I got an infection. So I needed a revision. The first knee I had good movement for seven months, but after the revision I was given a stiffer knee which had hardly no movement. The doctor said that I will have even lest movement why is this so.
