What Causes Stiffness And Burning Sensation At Night Time?

My hands, especially the right at night gets stiff and I can t make a fist the next morning until I use it awhile.They also have a burning sensation. My feet have the same but do not lock up. I have had this for six weeks. What do you think? I am 72 years and have been been in good health up until now.
