What Causes Stiffness At The Back Of Knee Along With Muscle Cramps?

Yes my left leg has been hurting for two weeks , it feels like I have a muscle cramp but it hurts when I walk and now it's making my other leg feel the same. It's behind the knee on the inside it's real tight and hard also I can't bend my leg back all the way?
