What Causes Stiffness In Penis Of A Child?

hi ! I am a mother of a baby boy of age 7 years. I have noticed that most of time his penis is in the state of erection. I don t understand why in so early age he is doing so and this state is for the last three years. Thanks for your valuable advice.
