What Causes Still Birth With Collapsed Skull In A Baby?

h i there. my niece who had completed 8th month of pregnancy on 11th@april.. Due to flyctuation of blood pressure the gynnaec stated the doses of Alfadopa 500mg n Nicardia20mg on7thAprul2015... after that she was feeling mire drowsy n sleepy n was having some itching all over her body n which followed by sm red patchy skin... on 15th april... she could not feel the heart beat of the baby. so rushed to the clinic... Her Gynaec checked her bp which was 130/90.. after doing the sonagraphy the gynaec suggeated her to go for color doplar test n after doing that they confirmed that baby was stilbornl ..she again was called to the clinic n was injected for inducing pain... but eventually around four they did ceasarian .. The baby was fully developed boy n had collapses skull .n filled up with water .... could u enlighten me.. where we went wrong in protecting my niece n baby...
