What Causes Stinging In Heart Along With Stomach Pain?

Hi my 10 yr old son is complaining that his heart is stinging.. I asked him if his left arm hurt and he said that it didn t hurt but ached like growing pains.. He had a cold last week but seemed to get over it pretty fast. He said his tummy hurts as well not sure if it related. Should I be worried?
