What Causes Stinging In Penis When Pressure Is Applied?

It stings when I put a small amount of pressure on my penis. And it hurts for a tiny bit when i go pee. This all started yesterday, around 3 hours after i Masturbated. I am not to worried. I would guess it is hardened sperm inside my penis but it just wont go away.
