What Causes Stinging Pain And Water Logged Feeling In The Ear Post Injury?

Hello I was cleaning my ear, and the cotton bud went straight through my ear. I had to slowly pull it out! So much pain. Now I have a stinging sensation and feels like theirs liquid in my ear but nothing. As well as my hearing feels like I have water in my ear. Please help
