What Causes Stinging Pain Below Mole On Spine In Upper Back?

Hello, I have a mole directly above my spine on my upper back. I checked the colors and one half is black and the other is gray. I was just wondering that if it is cancerous, will the mole s cancer have gone to that part of my spine? I do feel some sort of stingy pain on the side of my spine that s below my mole.
