What Causes Stinging Pain In Chest And Pulled Muscle In Right Shoulder?

Hi I av been having slight niggling stinging pain in the centre of my chest on and off for around four hrs...I have got a pulled muscle in my right shoulder and so dnt know if it may be connected to that as well has pain in my back which may also musclar pain....could this be anything to worry about. ..thankyou.
