What Causes Stinging Pain In Clitoris During Urination?

When I urinate I feel a dull pinching in my clitoris at the end of the stream. Earlier today I noticed when I wiped the paper was a slight pink color. But as the day has progressed the pinch has lessened and I no longer see pink on the toilet paper. I did have sex a couple days ago but urinated right after. Not sure if I should go to the dr since the symptons seem to be going away.
