What Causes Stomach Ache After Taking Humira And Tramadol For Ankylosing Spondylitis?

i have ankylosing spondylitis. i take humira, tramadol, cyclobenzabrine and omeprazol as medication. i have had a stomach ache for 3 days now. when i eat it gets worse. it goes away over night. but when i eat breakfast it comes back immediatly. i only drink tea and water. no spicy food or starchy food either
