What Causes Stomach Ache Along With Nausea?

Two days ago I started getting sharp stomach pains that come in waves of pain accompanied with nausea and it comes and goes. Usually the pain doesn t stay long, but every time I d eat or drink anything, even water, it would cause that pain again. So I took prilosec, which I believe it s helping some, but not completely. And today I noticed blood with my stools, not in my stools but with every bowel movement I had today there was blood too. What could this be?
