What Causes Stomach Ache And Foul Odor From Vagina?

Hi,My daughter is 4 years old. There is a very foul odor coming from her vagina, i have been treating her at home for a yeast infection for the last 3 days but it doesnt seem to get better. Her vagina is very Red and she just woke up,complaining of stomache ache and has a fever and her body shaking like crazy.
