What Causes Stomach Ache Followed By Vomiting And Chest Pain?

My 40 year old son started having stomach pain about 2 hours ago, shortly after he started vomitting and now he says he has chest pain as well. He has no sweats and no pain anywhere else. Is this concern for a heart attack or something less concerning?
