What Causes Stomach Ache,headache,sore Throat And Pain In Neck And Back?

Hello, a couple days ago I started feeling really sick but could not pinpoint what the pain was. Now I have a stomach ache, serious headache like my skull hurts, I can barely move my neck & back. Bones hurt all over, sore throat & moving my eyes hurts. I do not have a fever, but my symptoms remind me of when I had viral menegitis (excuse my spelling) back when I was in high school. Do I just have the common cold?
