What Causes Stomach Bloating And Acid Reflux?

Hello, I am having stomach issues..I have been extremely bloated for days...today and yesterday it seemed like there was a ball like thing in my stomach..is the way i would describe it. i have terrible acid reflux accompanying it also. I am 23 years old and have never had bloating issues like this before..its really concerning me because I have no idea what it could be...
