What Causes Stomach Bloating And Back Pain Lately After An Abortion?

Hi its been 8 weeks when I had my abortion I got my first period already and 2 negative test but its been 2 weeks I felt like my stomach is getting bigger and hard and pain also.I m having back pain also,would u tell me if I have unsuccessful abortion?
