What Causes Stomach Bloating And History Of Having Double Mastectomy?

I had a double mastectomy in Dec 2014 and expanders put in right after. Had two surgery since to first replace and then to remove them completely. My stomach is so bloated and does not appear to be going down. Plastic surgeon could give no explanation. Will this go down?
