What Causes Stomach Bloating Followed By Excessive Belching?

Hi, i have stomach bloating often which is followed by excessive burping.i feel very uncomfortable because of tight belly.i have alredy done endoscopy and requird blood test.but all reports were normal.please suggest me what to do..i used to be in home all the day..is it happening due to lack of physical exercises or something else. Please reply me
