What Causes Stomach Bloating In A Baby?

I have a 13 month old baby girl who has a bloated stomach, she last passed a stool 5 hrs ago , eating fine and drinking and seems happy enough. Had an Mrr injection today . She did have an upset stomach 2 days ago and was sick a few times .. Any ideas ? Many thanks
