What Causes Stomach Bloating, Lightheadedness, Dizziness, Nausea And Feelings Of Movement?

I have been light headed and dizzy, nausea and my stomach is bloated and is hard. I have also been feeling movements too. I have took a pregant test but it says that Iam not pregant. I also had a tubal where they cut and tied my tubes in 2004. what could it be?
