What Causes Stomach Bloating With Heaviness?

my friend had i pill thrice in a week and now she says she feels bloted and heavy in her stomach. she still did not get her periods, she took pregnancy tests too and she is not pregnant. but she feels that her stomach is becoming bigger and bigger and she doesnt even eat much. plz help.
