What Causes Stomach Cramp, Fatigue And Severe Pain In Legs?

hi doc, my names caisey, im 17yrs old, 89kg, 203cm tall.
for the last couple of months i have been having bad pains in my legs, accompanied by breathlessness, fatigue and stomach cramps., i am bruising easier than normal and am having litlle blood spots popping up like i have been pricked with a pin. i have been to a doctor many times to see what is wrong, and they have done bloods on me and all they found was my lymphocyts were at 3.81 x10*9L and eosinophils at 0.55 x10*9L and platelets at 193 x10*9L, that was three months ago, now last week my Lymphocytes are at 4.2 x10*9L and Eosinophils at 0.7 x10*9L and platelets at 147 x10*9L.
My lymph nodes in my neck are swollen to the point i cannot turn my neck, and also in my groin.. i am having sever pain in my right leg, where when in was 12 was told i had a Fibrous lesion in my bone marrow... please tell me whats wrong, and what i can do to stop the aches.... all they do is give me antibiotics.
