What Causes Stomach Cramping, Diarrhea And Constipation While Having MS?

I have gas, Cramping in my stomach. Dihareha and constipation. I have severe back pain. I think I am afraid I am Lactose intolerant. I tried taking mil and milk products. I am afraid about calcium. I need that, as I have MS. Can you help. Thank you.
