What Causes Stomach Cramps After Having Implants In Mouth?

I had 2 implants put in in Nov in my mouth, got infection so they had me on 2 rounds of antibiotics.... After finishing the antibiotic, I started feeling a burning at the end of urinating so I bought a UTI kit. After taking that for last few days now the Burning has stopped but I have severe stomach cramps could you please tell me what is wrong with me? And that I'm gonna be ok!
