What Causes Stomach Cramps Along With Sore Breasts?

Hello Doctor,
I am having period like pain from 19 th day., sore breasts and now twinges on both sides of lower abdomen and my breasts.
Today its my 29th day. Trying to get pregnant. Please suggest if i can be pregnant or just PMS . I had miscarriage at 10 weeks last time. Thanks.
