What Causes Stomach Cramps Along With Vaginal Bleeding During Pregnancy?

Hi I am 5 weeks pregnant or so my pregnancy tracker says I ve taken 5 tests and they are all positive and I ve had all the symptoms I haven t made my appointment I was going to on Monday but today when I woke up what woke me up was my stomach was cramping and when I went to the bathroom I peed and wiped and it was dark blood and I wiped about two more times and it was gone could this be a miscarriage should I go to the hospital just in case
