What Causes Stomach Cramps And Delay In Periods?

hello i have been having period like pains in my stomach and iam about 2 and a half weeks late but i cant be pregnant as i havent had sexual intercorse since my partner passed in feb. also when i eat i get cramps in my stomach too.what can be the matter with me i feel very tierd at time with this?
