What Causes Stomach Cramps And Diarrhea After Taking Nyquil?

I took nyquil the two nights ago. A little two much. And the next morning I felt really bad. Like throughing up stomach cramping head hurting and body hurting and couldn t eat sleep most of the day and had dirreaha. Today I can bearly eat and get hot really fast.. What is wrong please help me..
