What Causes Stomach Cramps And Peeling Skin On Breasts?

I am a 26 year old mother of 4. i had my tubes tied after my last was born a year ago. I have been having cramps and sometimes sharp pains in my stomach, heartburn and now my breasts are peeling but i have not been late or missed a period and they have been normal. What could be the problem or am i just over reacting?
