What Causes Stomach Cramps And Weakness After The Periods?

i had a tubal in 2006. My periods have been pretty normal except for the one I had last month, it was shorter and much lighter. I just finished this months period 2 days ago and have been experiencing mild cramping all day everyday. It's more annoying than painful. Also I have been very fatigued the past couple weeks. What is wrong?
