What Causes Stomach Cramps Post Hysterectomy?

Hi I have stomach pain, cramps for 4 days now. Worse when I pee or pass wind.have had some bowel movements but not normal.pain is middle stomach then down by hair line and across belly. I had complete hysterectomy 25 yrs ago so no reproductive organs left.
