What Causes Stomach Cramps?

hi, im am fairly youngnd i havent started my period yet, but i am having mild cramps in my stomach...ive tried going to the restroom but it doesnt seem to help...i have had a stuffy nose but no real symtoms of a cold...do you know what the problem could be?
