What Causes Stomach Cramps,swelling Of Abdomen,breasts And Lower Back Pain?

11 days ago i had the implanon implant removed as we would like to try for a baby. immediately after getting it removed i had stomach cramping this then turned to discomfort in my stomach, lower and upper but more noticeable on the lower left side. my upper abdomen is swollen as are my breasts and i have lower back pain. i have intermittant shooting pains in my groin but nothing major and a noticeable difference in vaginal discharge. is this due to hormone imbalance?i also havent had a period since i had the implant removed, is it normal to feel so abnormal after a removal, i really want to get pregnant but if my periods dont return it will make this difficult
