What Causes Stomach Infection Along With Dizziness?

I have felt very sick to my stomach for a couple days not like a virus more dizzy than anything. I just finally threw up And it was Brown and foamy. The only thing I have eaten today was fruit loops cereal so I didn't expect my vomit to look this color. Is this anything I should be concerned about?
