What Causes Stomach Pain After Having Medicines For PCOD?

Hi, i had a pcod problem and my doctor gave the medicines like, oveclo plus tablet, folsafe-l tablet and myoinsolitol,folic acid with vitamin d3 powder and i took this for the last one month. Now my period was missed for four days and i was happy but yesterday night i suffered from severe stomach pain and today i was completely relieved . Is possible for me to get pregnancy now? Why the stomach pain comes? I wanna get pregnant.
