What Causes Stomach Pain Along With Chest Pain?

I m experiencing mid stomach pains dead center of the separation of my upper ribcage, I ve recently started having mid cheast pains between the breast & discovered a red blotch right in between my breast where the mid bra would go but haven t been wearing one! Should I be concerned ?
