What Causes Stomach Pain And Black Vaginal Discharge While Having Ovarian Cyst?

hi i was in hospital for 4 days with cysts on my ovarys they were very sore and i had fluid in my tummy as well im home a week now .I got my period on the 17th but was not due them untill the 19th and also i was on clomid for 4 mts before that thats why i got the cysts now im having pains in my tummy and black discharge ???????
