What Causes Stomach Pain And Blurred Vision?

My stomach had been hurting all morning. This morning, though, my vision went very bright, kind of like if it was more saturated but also more white-ish, and the stuff I heard turned into noises that sounded like they were recorded by a bad camera, if that makes sense. What is the cause for this?
